The reason for creating this Soccer Coaching Manual, came from when i took my FA Level 2 coaching badge,

I found all the books we were told to use were ok, but a bit confusing, most of them reminded me more of noughts and crosses than a session plan, and some of the explainations were very confusing.

So i decided to make a set of session plans that a complete novice could pick up and use it for their session, but it also had to cater for the more advanced Soccer coach,

When my fellow coaches at Brighton & Hove Albion FC saw the session plans, they suggested i should turn them into a soccer coaching manual, and make it accessible for all,

so here it is

Hi Roger, I was very pleased with the coaches assistant, and what i did was to print several of the exercises out and laminated them which enabled me to show some my players, which helped explain the routines. i myself found the routines very helpful and easy to understand. I run a senior football club and a under 9s club so its been very handy for both clubs although some of the older guys took a bit more explaining (haha) Peter
