TCA’s Strength and Conditioning program is very thorough and helps the development of all their athletes including myself. Through their program, I have been able to put on muscle while maintaining a good aerobic platform, which has been my main focus for the last 2 years. Shaun and his team have a very good speed and agility program which helps all athletes improve their acceleration and speed. “Watching my son Hunter grow over the past few years has been nothing short of inspiring. He started training at the gym at just 13 years old, and from the beginning, his determination and work ethic stood out. Over the past three years, Hunter has transformed—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through relentless training, he’s lost a significant amount of weight, gained incredible speed and agility, and learned how to train the right way with proper form and technique. But the changes have gone far beyond the physical. The gym gave him structure, discipline, and most importantly, confidence. His self-esteem has grown tremendously, and it’s been amazing to see how much happier and more focused he is.
This commitment has also paid off in his rugby league journey. Slowly but surely, Hunter began making representative teams, each selection reflecting the hard work he was putting in. Last year marked a turning point with his best season yet in the NRL pathway. And this year, he reached an incredible milestone—being selected to play for the NSW Country team at the highest level for his age. The gym has become a second family for Hunter.
